A recognized industry leader, E-ONE was the first fire truck manufacturer to build extruded aluminum cabs and bodies. The all-aluminum design is the result of our advanced engineering and pioneering innovation to build strength and durability into every product.

ARMORCAB™ CONSTRUCTION

The most demanding jobs call for the strongest equipment. That’s why E-ONE ArmorCab construction builds cabs with a roll cage type design and heavy-duty materials to be strong and safe. Thicker aluminum extrusions are used throughout, including the center of the roof, which can support five times the NFPA/SAE load requirements—an industry exclusive feature. Adding even more strength are vertical pillars in the cab and a wishbone subframe with rails that run the length of the cab.

STRONGCORE™ TORQUE BOX CHASSIS

Part of our unique design DNA is the E-ONE StrongCore Torque Box Chassis that runs the entire length of the body, providing strength and stability for aerial operations. This allows our aerials to support up to 13,000 lbs. on the end of the ladder without twisting or lifting any support legs. It’s so stable, all the wheels can even be lifted off the ground if the terrain requires. E-ONE leads the way as only one of two manufacturers that offers a 2.5:1 safety rating on tip weight. The StrongCore Torque Box Chassis, combined with other exclusive E-ONE engineering features, truly makes our trucks the powerhouse in your firehouse.

ENDURO BODY™

Using a stainless steel body with integrated stainless steel subframe, we designed the Enduro Body to perform under the toughest conditions. Others mount their stainless steel bodies on carbon steel subframes, which are subject to rust. At E-ONE, our body and integrated tubular steel subframe are both made from marine grade stainless steel. Together, they form a robust construction that stands up to the most corrosive environments.

COMPACJACK™ CRISS-CROSS UNDERSLUNG JACKS

Tight spaces are no match for the E-ONE CompacJack. Depending on the model, its criss-cross design provides a jack spread as narrow as 11 feet. This allows the jack to be fully extended in tight spaces, without the need to use the optional short jacking feature, all from one of the narrowest operational footprints in the industry.
